Additionally, Title One has a strict policy in place to safeguard your property from any unexpected liens. They require all trade partners to sign a Lien Release Waiver before they can receive payment. This ensures that any liens on your property are cleared before any work is done, giving you the assurance that your property is protected throughout the entire process. This added layer of protection gives you the confidence that your investment is being handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

As Builts

"As-builts" are an essential component of our design + remodel process. They are a set of detailed drawings that illustrate the existing layout, structure, and dimensions of your home. Once our team has a thorough understanding of the as-builts, they will begin creating "red line" drawings that reflect all the changes that will be made during the design and build process. Design Estimate + Design Phase Contract

Your project manager will present you with a design estimate that outlines the costs associated with completing the second phase of your project.
